Simon Smith

Simon Gregory Smith was born in Oswego, New York. When Simon was 2, his family headed West to Eugene, Oregon where his parents earned their Masters degrees from the University of Oregon. Simon's father went on to get his P. H. D. in Psychology. Simon obtained his Business degree in Marketing & Management at the University of Oregon. Prior to graduating from U of O he had already been successful in business with his own business as a contractor. Upon graduation a close family friend and successful property investor, allowed him to help scout out timber properties to buy, sell and trade. He immediately liked the real estate business and the idea of being his own boss, therefore keeping his options open. This paved the way for his career in Real Estate. Simon's ambition and determination lead him to a Million Dollar producer the next year, and 3 years later he was in the top 5 of his company.
