Siara communicated extremely well throughout the entire process. She didn't always have good news, but she made sure we knew what was going on the whole time. I always felt like Siara was going out of her way to get us the loan we wanted.

We used an in house program called the step-up loan which allowed us to be competitive and purchase our house before our primary residence sold. Obviously house buying is nerve racking enough but to carry two loans made us extremely nervous....
