Sheryl was extremely knowledgeable and professional. She was very pleasant to work with and she went the extra mile to ensure I fully understood the loan process.
Had challenges with our particular loan process and the team was flexible and creative to find a solution to our issues.
Sheryl is great to work with and was so patient with answering all of my questions. She kept in communication with me throughout the refi process.
Sheryl was great, but the processor for our loan made the experience very frustrating. It was a rough month due to a lot of miscommunication, but Sheryl resolved the issues and it all worked out in the end.
Sheryl is extremely competent, organized, and knowledgeable about the industry. On top of that, she is very communicative and responsive. The latter point was crucial in applying for this mortgage out of state!
