Support staff awful, had issue over insurance on the home which required me argueing with some support staff, one reminded me if I did not respond to their question my loan would be delayed ( issue was property Town home or condo..its a TH)....

when rate was disclosed, nothing about points to get it, money grab. appraisal should have been waived based on size of mortgage vs value of property, money grab. insurance should not have been escrowed when it was already paid, money grab....
