Answered questions, fees seemed fair, and educated on uncommon aspects of the loan.
The Scofield team went above and beyond to make sure our mortgage process was completed.
Poor communication between escrow and lender. Lender did not appear to understand how to treat revenues vs. wages on P&L in a single owner with no employees (S corp) work or when W2's are issued.
Whole team worked together and made the process easier than ordering coffee ❤️
