The communication and availability
There was great communication and very knowledgeable in helping with all that needed to be done
This team was a very responsive team, answered all of our questions along the way, explained in depth what documents and categories meant, and helped us navigate through the next steps.
Instructions were not provided in right manner and They don't answer the calls when we need information. during my closing day almost called them 20 times but they didn't answer the calls. I wouldn't recommend anyone fairway.
