I was given really positive looking numbers for the refi originally and took them at face value. My actual escrow amounts and the additional loan cost were not made clear and the final numbers were much lower savings to us than originally expected....

We had a very good experience with Sherman Dryen. He stayed on top of things the whole time. The whole process went pretty quickly and it was so easy.
The convenience of not having to come into the office. Sherman’s ability to walk us through the entire process as well as the unlimited access to him via email, text or phone calls.
I work long hours and can’t always have my phone by my side but Sherman was always available to answer any questions I had no matter what time of the day it was.
