You and Jill bent over backwards to deal with the last minute change to the loan. Throughout the process you were very helpful and provided clear options and guidance.
Sherman answered all of our questions we had for him. Very easy to get ahold of even at late hours of the night.
Sherman told us what to do to make things easy, kept us updated with the latest news. Only thing I wasn’t a fan of was having to submit documents multiple times/ having documents expire.
I am glad I met Sherman 5 years ego because he was on touch on me. We did work together on my new house Sherman are like family never give up thank you so much.
