Dont wait until the last minute to ask for information or extend the closing out so there is effient time to process everything without making the purchaser feel like they are in a rushed situation.
Shelly always took the take to explain things and answered questions in a polite and respectful manner. She did everything she could to stay on top of processes and kept us updated
