We appreciate the loan. The underwriting process seemed excessive and many requests redundant. Also many unnecessary delays. We were concerned about discrepancy with our financial situation and others knowledge. Thank you.

Better communication, better understanding of what loan program your clients are on, being more thorough with your customers information in general (remembering or going back to check what loan they’re using before giving them incorrect estimates...
