Shelly was raised in Upstate New York, and spent summers in the South, so she has an effective combination of Southern charm and Northeastern tenacity. Shelly lived outside London prior to moving to back to Phoenix and now resides in Chandler, Arizona. Real estate is not about a transaction to Shelly, it is about building a long-term relationship.
