Sheena made this process so simple. We had credit issues, that other lenders turned us away, but she didn't. From start to finish was about 2 weeks. She always got back to me the same day. I would definitely use her again.
We just finished refinancing our house and Sheen was a godsend. She walked us through each step of the process and gave us options at each step for how to proceed. We were able to shave years off of our mortgage. I highly recommend her!
