Given the rapidly changing mortgage rate environment right now (January 2017) Sheena's speed both in setting me up with their online tools as well with securing a locked-in rate really made a difference.
Sheena was very professional and went above and beyond what the standard person would do! She was very informative, I would recommend her to anyone! .
