Shawna was very timely responding to our inquiries and went out of her way to make sure we understood all facets of the refi process. Great to interact with her!
Shawna took the time to follow up with me on everything that was going on.. She went out of her way to get things done. She took care of anything that came up I even think she took care of some of the jobs of other employees to get it done.
Shawna was quick and informative with each step of the process AND in answering every one of my questions. I never felt unclear on what was happening and all of our interactions were pleasant :)
