Shawn and Jenny guided me through loan process from the beginning to house closing. For someone like me with no drivers license they made me feel confident I could do this and I'm very happy to have my own house.

As so many other reviews have stated here. We first talked to Shawn to see if he could beat the rates of USAA. We were skeptical as who would have thought he could do that. BUT FLAT BRANCH BEAT THEIR RATES BY A LOT..Shawn, Jenny and Angelica...
