    I wasn't informed I was in cancellation until I called in. Bad customer service I was told policy doesn't just cancel.

    I was with this agency for over 3 years their agent forgot to add my second vehicle to the policy and because she forgot to put notes "in the system" management was condescending and pretty much called me a liar. Don't trust this agency they're...

    Don't ever get insurance from these people. They increased my insurance on a single 2013 Ford Fusion Hybrid to $190 monthly and I've filed a claim? They will absolutely take advantage of you.
