Shaun helped me set up financing for my first rental property. He explained DSCR loans in a way that made sense and moved fast so I didn’t lose the deal. Will definitely use him again for my next one.

Shaun was honestly a life saver. I was so nervous buying my first home and didn’t know what half the words even ment. He explained everything in normal language and was patient. Closed faster then I thought and I never felt pushed.
