Very efficient team and on top of all documentation. The loan was approved very quickly.
The team was very helpful when it came to answering my questions, especially as a first time homebuyer. They were also very pleasant and easy to work with!
Helpful transparency with the process, and going forward I would have liked to get a timeline of when every task needed to be completed. With assets that need to be liquidated, knowing a cut off date up front would have been more helpful.
Sharla and her team are very experienced and efficient. They make the whole process easy, and keep you completely informed of the status of your loan from start to finish.
