The process is never simple but Sharif walked us through every step. He was also available any time to answer any questions. He made sure we got our loan approved. I will definitely use Sharif again and I highly recommend him.
Happy we were able to close the loan quickly, but found the process pretty frustrating. Had trouble loading documents to the site, was working thru multiple contacts, and really just didn't understand the process.
