    Not transparent, unclear and at times felt dishonest and was unresponsive. Our realtor saved us money that she was trying to charged us by not being fully transparent.

    I think the experience would have been better with more communication. I feel that there are many processes that have been automated -- lots of apps and videos. However, I never felt like the consultants were advocates for me nor truly interested...
