She helped me all the way through. She was very awesome to work with. She was quick and informing and figures she gave me me was spot on in the end at closeting...Stronglyly recommend her for anyone!!!

Shannon was very thorough throughout this process of buying our first home. She explained things anytime we had a question and didn't understand. She was always available and very personable. You'd think we had known each other for years!

We worked with Shannon and USA Mortgage to move up from a small condo to a single family. From the very first call (at 8AM on Sunday morning), it was apparent that Shannon works hard to make the whole mortgage process as smooth and trouble-free...
