Shane was right there any time I needed anything explained on my loan and kept in touch with me to see if had any questions or concerns. The process was very smooth.
The lender was great and got me a lower rate than we originally expected. Very prompt with messages and made the overall process quick and easy. He even got a notary to come to my home for easy signing of the documents.
I had a lot of lenders trying to get me as a customer but I went with NFM Lending because my friends told me to. Nothing more. The service was as expected and did not exceed any expectation. Overall I am happy with how everything transpired....
