Shane was very polite and friendly. He would try his best to keep us informed and would even go out of his way to make sure we knew what was going on.

Shane has been great, both with our original mortgage and now our refinancing. He communicates well and is always timely. Perhaps most importantly, we do feel like he fights for the best loan conditions for us.
