This was my second time working on a loan with Shane. He stays in touch and keeps me informed at every step along the way. He tries to manage expectations, but both times has come through with better loan offers than what he had prepared me...

I called Shane looking to refinance. Shane had knowledge and answered every question I asked. From the time I first called looking to refinance to closing was 21 days. Very professional and knowledgeable.
