    The overall experience was a bit rocky, a lot of incorrect information causing unnecessary errors. This was not sure to Shane's mistakes it was the other lady he worked with that seemed to make have many mistakes causing extra documentation...

    Working with Shane was great. We had major problems with the underwriter. We feel that some of the demands and request or unnecessary. However, there were a lot of issues unforeseen and Shane did in the mazing job guiding us through it.
