you need another category. Our experience was not great, it was excellent ;) Communication and truly making sure that what he's doing on the back end is in the best interest of us. He truly treats the financing as if it was his own home.
Honestly it had to be that Shane was very straightforward. When we had any question Shane was there with the answer.
