Shane was there every step of the way. Very proactive. The best loan experience ever.
It was a pleasure working with Shane. He not only walked me through new and challenging paperwork, but never tired of explaining what needed to be done. It made the process a joy. Thank you so much Shane for your expertise.
Excellent support from Shane. Available when needed. Ensured the process was smooth and as low stress as possible.
Shane is kind, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Always prompt in providing information.
