Everything went so smooth..not stressful at all
Shane provided excellent customer service. He explained everything in detail and answered every question we had. He was great to work with!
Shane was a great pleasure to work with on my home buying process. He was very quick and prompt on getting back with me on any questions I has or items I needed to submit to make my home purchase process move smoothly.
Overall, whenever I had a question, I felt I could get a good answer.
The approval was not received until the day before the closing. This is too close and was a concern. Would have wanted to know tht loan was approved much earlier.
Shane Baker was very personal and understood my situation as a retired senior. He was patient and answered all emails and phone calls promptly and even on weekends as I went through the process. Also Matthew the underwriter was very efficient...
