Communication was bad escrow took way longer than the 45 day agreement when needing info it wasnt available she was always too busy to answer a question barely got the house more concerned about other party involved jus overall hard process...

I really liked how shalise got me a bigger loan than some other loan agents. A bigger variety of houses to choose from.
