Easy to get a hold of someone to communicate through the the transactions. We always received clear answers.
Shalise explained things well and communicated frequently.
Shalise and her team were always available to answer any questions that I had about the refinancing process, and I had a lot. They took care of everything, minimizing any stress that I may have had.
Shalise has great availability. Even when she was on vacation, her office tended to my needs and questions promptly.
It wasn't bad by any means, im just neutral in my opinion because I don't really have any experience with buying a house or any of the processes before this. Will I recommend Shalise? Yes. Will I give 5 stars? No, but I never do. I don't think...

communication was very minimal witch caused so issues that resulted in escrow extensions. but other then that working with shalise was great
In person meetings, I know COVID probably limited this for us.
