Clear communication of requirements, plan, timing, status.
Communication from Seth's team in the duration of the process was helpful and smooth, and responses were quick. We appreciated the weekly video updates, and overall it was such a smooth and easy process for us!
We did not appreciate having to sign a preliminary closing document that included escrow amounts AND the preliminary closing document showed one amount to be paid back to us THEN the real close out paperwork shows a smaller amount paid back...
