Closing was a mess. I did not have any documentation until i was at the title company waiting for several hours after being cleared to close. The ball was dropped on what was needed prior to close which could have been mitigated weeks before...

Seth is great at communicating and explaining the process. If a issue comes up he is upfront, honest and takes responsibility and gets it resolved. Very nice to work with.
