Appraiser hired was not qualified for FHA, causing another appraisal, and a lot of stress on all parties, and a scramble for buyer and seller trying to get closed and move. Probably not Sergio's fault, and he did what he could to move the deal...

Everything went quickly and smoothly. Except for the Fannie Mae course I had to fill out. I feel that was a total waste of my time. Other then that everything was great.
