We got a VA loan. Had I not have read about funding fees on the web and how much they are reduced based on the amount we put down, I would have had a 13000 bill had I put 0 down vs a 4000 bill if we put 10 pct down. That is very important information...

Sean kept us informed of a difficult situation, the home did not appraise and we were given a chance to share our comps. Despite the appraisal situation, buyer and seller came to terms and home closed on time. Thank you Sean!
