Sean was great, but the majority of my communication was with Jalen. He was so amazing and had answers or got the answers to all of my questions or concerns. He was easy to get in touch with and always returned my calls quickly.

Everything went smooth. No lapses in communication, I was always able to contact who I needed, always knew what was expected, next steps, etc. A total 180 from previous experiences with other mortgage companies and loan officers.
