Don't tell your customers that you understand and that something is "not a big deal" and then a few weeks later, bring up the same issue.
Sean was willing to help and provide assistance whenever we needed it! The videos he sent in the email were very helpful in understanding where our loan was in the whole process. I would use Sean again!
