Sean was quick to answer any questions I had and was instrumental in me being able to purchase my first home. I f I ever decide to sell and buy a different place, he will be the person I go to, to purchase again!
This was my 2nd transaction with Sean as my lender. He helped me reduce my payments by $230 which will definitely provide a boost to me. Much appreciation and gratitude to Sean for his professionalism!

Best communication on where we were in the process I've had from any bank. However, the process took 2 months longer than I thought it would. Not sure how much Flat Branch can control that.
