My questions were answered quickly and Tonja was so friendly and helpful. Everything went smoothly from beginning to end!
Tonja was very knowledgeable, helpful and responsive to my inquiries throughout the process.
My only gripe is over the loan rate. The whole process is stressful enough and I realize everyone has to get paid but I got an initial disclosure for 5% which I knew was high, but when I inquired about it..... CRICKETS!! I had to shop elsewhere...
