I continually tried to get into the Portal to sign Papers that underwriting said they needed and the Portal would keep sending me a email to verify I couldn't get in to sign papers like DocuSign,and I was almost ready to go with another lending...

There was an ongoing miscommunication regarding our desired closing date. This caused added frustration because we had to delay our moving truck.

Sean and his team were quick and professional. Had some let down with title (sent mortgage p/o by mail rather than wire, sent credit card p/o same snail mail). Overall great.

Very attentive to even the smallest details. Patient with every aspect of the process. They will work hard to make it a successful experience for their clients.
