Working with Sean is a smooth, consistent process! He's excellent with his communication with the seller and the buyer. Truly a professional experience from start to finish!
It did improve the last 2 months but prior to that I would not hear anything for a month or more and had to call to find out progress. This went on for 3+ months. The entire process should NOT have taken over 8 months but did because apparently...

I never had to call Sean for an update. He advised me at the beginning he would contact me once a week with updates and he kept his word.
Sean worked hard to navigate us thru the process and secure our loans to complete the transaction.
