Great response time, education, and transparency!
Great communication and easy to follow steps/process.
Scott & Susan are the best! We were able to close early even with my client switching from a secondary to a primary home loan within the last 10 days before our close date.
Scott is GREAT at communicating. He is patient and takes the time to make sure you understand everything.
