Good - Loan Process was fast, smooth and structured. Scott and his team was very responsive and I got answers to all my questions. Not so good - Loan rates were not competitive. I expected lower rates for 2 points. If it was not for the 20K...

The process and closing itself went well. I believe my clients were kept up to date by Scott, but as an agent representing them, I felt out of the loop most of the time from the lending side of the transaction.
