Nothing really went great or bad. Felt at times the communication could have been better. Also felt like we didn't get some great deal with NFM that we couldn't have gotten with any other leader.
We originally had our mortgage through NFM. Very shortly after closing Pennymac bought our mortgage. We then did refinancing through NFM as it was what we were originally familiar with and already had contact with Scott.
Scott Tomlinson and his team were able to do a PHFA loan in a record amount of time to get my clients where they needed to be. It was seamless with no glitches and Scott stayed for the whole long settlement, which I really appreciated.
Scott was awesome from start to finish during the entire process. He always made sure everything was as easy as possible to make sure our loan went through. I will definitely be sending referrals to him if the opportunity arises.

I know that purchasing a property is a big financial decision, so I make sure that you are informed of all your options, in order to make a sound decision. When I am not doing mortgages, I enjoy spending time with my family. I am a big sports fan, so I enjoy playing, watching, and coaching various sports. I also enjoy investing, music, travel (spending time at the shore), and strength training.
