THE VIDEOS EXPLAINING CLOSING COST AND ALL DETAILS OF THE LOAN.
He was persistent and always kept me informed on what I needed to be doing and where we were in the process. He explained everything in a very easy way. I really love the educational videos he sent me regarding my case specifically.
