Scott was fine, staff was disorganized and the process was a tad messy and repetitive. We did not close on time.
Our closing was delayed which was fine and it happens, except I was called by the staff prior to closing insinuating that we would be the reason we wouldn't close on time. However, we did give them all the materials needed with plenty of time...
