We had great difficulty getting the loan estimate and closing disclosures out to the borrowers on two different transactions in a timely fashion. It appears there are understaffed in the preparation of these documents.

The underwriting process was pretty simple and once the file got to the closer I didn't have to step in and help at all which is great.
