Communication is open and clear
From underwriting to closing, it was a smooth experience!
This was a loan that was complicated and Scott was very helpful and supportive in getting all the conditions reviewed and approved
Got a loan done for me that was going no where fast with another lender. In the broker channel it is about sending the right loan to the lender that knows how to get a particular deal done quickly.
Scott knows what he is doing, so that is a big help.
