    Every week the person I was working with was no longer handling my loan.There was someone new every week.I was unable to get questions answered without a half dozen calls to others!

    Friendly, fast, and simple. Made first contact on February 1st and signed docs on February 22nd and all funds transferred on the 26th. Very smooth process.
