the loan process was easy. great communication. Only concern was imcorrect information remained on many documents, even after advising several times that the information was wrong.
Just smooth. Only issue would be to have disclosed that closing costs would be effected by a change in credit score. I thought this tactic was slightly underhanded. It might have been disclosed in paperwork but frankly never mentioned when...

Seems that we were given to many contact representatives. However when Rusty was assigned everything went better and he did a good job of keeping us informed.
Well...thete were a few hiccups, but overall the experience was a good one.
The process all together was quite smooth although there was a couple thing's that really should have been talked about or mentioned earlier on. Luckily every time we came to that bridge the team pulled through and helped me through it.
Everything was very fast and very smooth and communication was top notch!
