    Scott provided quick response, below market cost solution for our jumbo needs just as property value and loan to debt ratio rules were changing and bank lenders' hands were tied. Couldn't have asked for a more responsive broker!

    I purchased my first townhome with Scott in June 2010. Scott and his assistant Greg made the home purchase process extremely easy. The next house I purchase will also be through Scott whether he's with the same company or a new one.
